this is my goalThis year for reading I was in Marmites. I am reading above my age group which is really cool. this year was hard especially term 4. we had cricket but that idea turned out to be a fail because we only had one short lesson. we also had to write about every single lesson or assembly or a trip.That made it hard to get all our work done in time. term 3 was hard to because of reading it was not easy but once you know how it is easy. eLerning was the cool part because you can make drawings and make them move them. my one was about harvesters.my goal for next year is tobe ubove my reading by 4 years .I felt happy that i made it through the year in succses .

here is my writting. I learned from this story not to be too selfish. If you are selfish you will not have any friends. Never be to bossy because no one will listen to you. In this story, dad put a big tree on his car and used skipping ropes and the string from the parcels to tie the tree down.

Maniakalani trip

On Wednesday we had Manaiakalani Film Festival. It was held in the Sylvia Park Hoyts Cinemas. We left school at 11:45. On the way to the cinema we were having a singing competition, boys vs girls. We sang and sang then NEK MINNIT we were. at Hoyts cinema. We all went in to the Xtreme screen cinema and boy was it packed. We got to sit in the chairs that were way at thee back they had lights and remote control leg rests. Rowana and Kyan presented our class movie to the audience. It was called, Who pushed Humpty Dumpty? I was acting in the movie. I played Vinson Voice, Jalen was Inspector Cluedo and Juliet was Samantha Snoop. (click here for movie) We were all sad that it was finished but at least we had a good time and got to watch a lot of movies made by students from Pt England and other schools. It was a mission getting back to the bus but we did it. I felt good that we watched our movies on the big screen.

in room 13 we are going to have a writing test and here is my writing.Once upon there was a boy named zane he was on the park but sudenly he felt unsafe do you know why?One day he was walking towards the park.As he was walking 3 bullys said hey dweb face give me your lunch money zane said no and ran away. At play time he went to the park but then the bullies came and tried to fight him he tried to talk them out of fighting but it failed. So all the kids gathered around in a circle and yield fight fight fight but he did not fight. The next morning he went to class. He did not tell the teacher because he knew that if had of told he would get bullied even more. At play time he got some of his freinds to come and watch the bulles so that when he goes to tell the teacher he has proof that they bulled him just case if they lie.So after play time he tolled the teacher and the bullies stoped.1 year later they were best freinds.

Why i should have my netbook

I should have my netbook because I do not do bad things that much. My netbook is important to me because i get to go on maths whizz and do my work online not on paper.I should have my netbook because i can be responsible to use my netbook again.I will not do anything bad like changing my background or going on games in class time.

Hi room 13 has did a debate about friday being a day off. here is my fort. I agree that we should not have school on friday so we can spend time away from school and we can spend more time with our family so you can know them better .I say we should have friday of because there is more time at school than at home. I Agree that we should have friday of so we can sleep in and there is still more days of scool even if friday is a holiday. i think that you whant to stay home early and do stuff you can because it is a day off and yo can stay up late.I think you should Agree.

As we left our school we were egger to see inside as we were traveling we saw the sky tower it looked so cool been that closs. when we got there we were so amazed first we when to the pool. some whent to ping pong pool tabel and lots more. Then after we lunch we whent to the art studeo.We made cool patternz when we were all finished we had to go we had so much fun we all felt happy.

Today we learned about a man named Mordeccai. He was related to Esther and he was a jew. One day he heard two guards saying that they were going to assasinate the king. So Mordeccai told people and those people told Esther. Esther told the king and the king had the two guards hanged. One day a new prime Minister came and made a new law that when he walks past people they had to bow but Mordeccai did not want to.

Aladdin

Long ago there lived a young boy named Aladdin who lived in a small village with his mum who was a widow, they were very poor. They always had to work for money and food, sometimes they went hungry. One day a man came and said I am your long lost uncle. He asked if his brother was at home and Aladdin said no he's dead. Then the strange uncle said “can you help me and Aladdin said “ok. When they got to the cave the uncle said this is the place. His uncle pushed the rock out of the way so that Aladdin could get in the hole. As soon as he got in the hole he saw lots of gold and jewels and diamonds. Aladdin asked his Uncle what he wanted from out of the cave? His Uncle said “just go and get me a lamp, you will know which one it is because it is an old and tatty lamp.” Aladdin couldn’t believe that all he wanted was an old lamp. There was so much treasure that Aladdin was surrounded by it. He was astonished to see so much wonderful things in the cave. While Aladdin was looking for the lamp he was stuffing gold and jewels into his pockets. He found a fascinating diamond ring, he put it on his finger for his mum. Suddenly he saw the lamp, it was sitting on top of a mountain of gold. Aladdin climbed the mountain and grabbed the lamp. He went back up to the surface and said to his uncle “help me get out of here” but the uncle said “no you have to give me the lamp first” “No” shouted Aladdin “I’m going to stay here with the lamp”.

C.R.E

Today at C.R.E Mrs Clark told us a story about Esther.It was about a king named king xerxes how had a party for half a year and he wanted to show her of to all the men but she said NO. So king xerxes banished her from the palice. We are learning to be and do the best at what we can. We can do this by helping others and helping our selfs to do the right thing.

On the weekend me and my brother where riding on our bikes my bike is a bmx and my brothers one is a bmx bike. I was doing skides and drifts on the grass I whent to fast and I fell of because It whent to low. we hade so fun wwe did not have lunch then my brothers freind came and we played hide and go seek I was in i found them behind the bikes.time whent so fast it was home time i felt happy to get out of the house.

Today we learned about a story in the bible. It was about onesimus Phillemon and Paul. Onesimus stole from Phillemon and ran away to Rome there he met Paul. Paul wrote a letter to Phillemon.it said to forgive him not just for my sack but Jesuses. So Onesimus whent back to Phillemon and was begeng for his life. Phillemon said yes and said sorry. I fell that it is easy to forgive people how dont lie and tell me the truf.

In room 13 we have been learning about fairy tales and this is a chart that shows my investigation about favourite fairytales.

Kakariki

This story is about a bird named Kaka he had a brown and dusty wings. As for Kakariki he had bright red wings that shined. Kaka was very jealous so every day kaka told kakiriki that his wings were so silly and dumb. Kakariki got nervous he really fort that people didn't like his wings so he took them of and hid behind the leaves. He grew green wings, he liked his new wings but he still loved his red ones. This was a story that we read class and it was a maori leagend.

three wolf fables

the first wolf fabel was king wolf. It was about a wolf how was made king and he made a law that what ever food you cath you hade to bring it to him but he whent hunting and did not do what he told the rest to do I learnt that if you dont share with others they wont share back. the second fable was wolf and the dog. it was about a dog that was on the roof of a house and the wolf wants to eat him but he said please dont eat me im going to eat lots of food and i will be nice and fat but he did not eat lots of food. the 3rd one is about a wolf how sneaked up to a donkey but the donkey sensed him and he waited for him to come closer so he could kick him. I learned never get to close to a donkey.

loving and caring

today in C.R.E we learned about showing love to every one even enemies. we learned and sang a song today. I find it hard to love people when they are crazy. I find it hard to love people when they are liars. It is very easy to love people when there honest. It is also easy for me to love people when there caring.

On Monday we had a really fun morning do you know why? As soon as the second bell rang we all lined up in front of the of the door. Miss Lavakula walked to the front of the line we all walked to the hall we saw techers dressed up people were screaming and yelling when mr Bert came he was drest up like some one fansy he said his name was Tayler. team one came up to the stage and preformed a how am I game were mr Leafau hade to give us clues and we had to say there was a evil wich there was a princes and a pig from the three littel pigs team 3s item was over it was team 4s item. team 4s item was about the 3 littel pigs there was on that made his house out of hay. as soon as he built it the big bad wolf came and tried to blow it down so he huffed and he puffed and he blow it down and ate them.the next pig built one out of strow and he made it as soon as she sate down the big bad wolf huffed and he puffed and he blow it down and at the pig.the thired one built it out of bricks he sate down the big bad wolf huffed and he pffed but it did not work so he tried again but it did not work. so he whent in the chimny but the littl pig put a pot of water under the chimpny and when the wolf got to the bottom he full in to the pot. my best part was when the wolf fell in to the pot .

Have you ever been to Kelly Tarltons?
On monday morning room 13 was going on a trip. we all had to put our netbooks in our bag.Then we all met up at the hall and then we said our prayer and then we whent out side.
We all split up and hoped on a bus.
As soon as we arived we all where egger to get in side.


As soon as we got inside we all  got inside we all where screeming then miss lavakula said be quiet so we all where quiet.
We had to go to A room that was completelly blue. Inside there was a lady named janice. She showed us what the people in antarctica had to where to keep them warm.


As soon as we got out side the sun was shining brightly.
while we were traveling to the adventure playground the bark was squishing under our shoes we ran to the playground like crazy.when we were  at the park there was so much to do.the first thing I whent on was the flying fox because you get to go fast and it looks scary to go down.


after the park we whent to kelly tarltons to explore around the place.
We had one hole hour to explore as soon as we got in to the cave we went to scotts hut.We all had a look at what scott had to survive.he eated penguins and other old things.


I think all of us was so sad that we had to go back to school i guess we were having to much fun.
